Lance Latham first began working in the water industry in 2010. Since that time, he has worked in both residential, industrial, and medical settings. Whether it is installation, service, sales, repairs, or maintenance, Lance can do it all. Lance met his wife, Ariel, in 2015 and they were married in 2017. Together they care for their two children, three dogs, and lizard. As a family, they are committed to giving back to the community, and educating the public about the benefits of water purification. Lance is passionate about his work, and believes that water is life, and everyone deserves the privilege of having access to clean, healthy water.

“I own a cabin in Sevierville that had always had bad water. The calcium buildup was so bad I was afraid to let even my dogs drink it. All of the faucets built up with calcium deposits and it broke both my dishwasher and refrigerator. There was so much calcium buildup in my water heater that I was having to change the heating element once a month. It got to the point where once a year I was draining the water heater so I could vacuum out the ‘gravel’ and was replacing faucets and appliances. It was so bad I was considering just selling the place until I met Lance. He explained the science behind what was going on with very clear and understanding language. He was professional and educational and fixed my problem in just a few hours. We have an entire home system that requires very little maintenance and there is now zero calcium build up.
